Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. This is your personal project portal and here I’ll be sharing details regarding the transformation of your space. While this portal can be view in mobiles, I strongly suggest to use a desktop for a better experience.
As a reminder, I prefer emails as our method of communication but I’ve also added a Facebook Messenger button on the right bottom corner of this page. Please keep in mind that I’ll be available during business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Your Conceptual Presentation
After seeing and studying your space, I’ve curated every detail that will soon be decorating both living and dining room areas.
On the living room/entryway I’m proposing taller and wider mirrors to take advantage of the walls. Also, I was able to anchored the sitting area with the use of a rug in a neutral palette.
While art is very personal, I’ve added some good option in a reasonable price point to get you started. They are all abstracts to keep that modern relax look.
Because of the length of this space I’ve created the illusion of division with the help of wallpaper. This option can be looked in depth with the wallpaper samples that I’ve order for your and that will soon be arriving at your door. I will only ask to please send back the samples that you’re not interested in. Here’s a video on how to use the same shipping box for returning: https://vimeo.com/425508398
Another alternative that could also be effective is painting (in a darker tone) the same where the wallpaper is. While this won’t bring that textural interest, it will still differentiate both area. For both ideas (wallpaper and paint) I strongly advise to raise a faux wall on the left side of the room to justify the application of the treatment.
Please continue below where you’ll see a form with alternatives of the products and finishes I’m suggesting.
Take your time to review the concept and provide any information and feedback. Once I have your selected picks and approval of the “Conceptual Presentation”, I’ll be sending your “Final Design” and “Shopping List”.

Additional Render Views and Ideas
Family and Kitchen Area
In the family/tv room I’ve defined the area with a wall tv unit. Because of the large wall and special requirements of this space, I strongly suggest a customized wall unit. The one I’ve designed has a closed compartment (left) to hide or store personal things or electrical boxes. On the right of this unit you’ll have shelving for display as well. A fluted drawer in the bottom is ideal for storage as well.
After our conversation, we discussed the idea of having some color in this part of the house. Because of this some of the art pieces, toss pillows and rug have tones of blue that will balance off the existing neutral palette.
I’ve added a very light color to the walls (Sherwin Williams Gossamer Veil) if looking into changing the hue in this area in a near future.
While I know that we’ve discussed the possibility of adding a pendant over the island (and understanding your concern about the position of the skylights) I’m adding a simple option. This pendant has the ability to adapt to the height of the space (the cords can go up to 120″) but also its linear style is ideal for this area.
I did not included a sofa table because there was not space and also you had already a console which I think can be used behind the sofa but against the wall.
