The Ultra Office Approach
An Ultra Office space that will harbor modern working areas with individual styles. There will be two design approach for these areas; one with a masculine vibe and the other one with a more subtle minimalistic approach. Like the “yin-yang” they will both complement each other esthetically while having their own personality.

Overview of the project
Please find below the overview of this project. Like mentioned above, there would be two style of offices; one with a masculine vibe and the other with a subtle approach.
Masculine: In this space the idea is to highlight the executive desk with two wood slat walls. There will be a sitting area with a modern sofa and drink chairs on the sides with a simple gallery wall. Underneath the tv there will be a console (or credenza) idea for storage but also for displaying a private beverage station.
Subtle Office: This space will have a more feminine approach. A basic color palette of white, black and sand tones is suggested. Two full “dry-erase” walls will be close to the executive desk and wallpaper will be used on the remaining walls. A sitting area (close to the tv) will be created to host small conferences with the team.

Please keep in mind that many of these items could be on sale and/or with low stock quantities. If after 15 days (starting from December 15, 2020) proposed items become backordered or no longer available. I will gladly source alternative options but an hourly charge will be assessed. G. Final coordination and payment of services for wallpaper installation, wall treatment installation and window treatments will be responsibility of the client.
